Been doing service at freeman for over 10 yrs! Brought my 97 Toyota for oil changes and they never pressure me to get any other service! Then bought my 2013 Tacoma here! Was able to build it to my desire! Had to upgrade to a highlander for the growing family in 2015. Still got all my services done here for both vehicles! Yes sometimes it takes a few hours for my services but I have had a couple of nails in my tires which is not in any way there fault! Hoza Scott is my service guy for as long as I can remember and honestly he has great customer service. Nice guy all around! Honestly if you think that you can get a car service even an oil change in less than 30 minutes you are unrealistic! Yes it can be done if your are the only customer there but this place is always busy. I know people have things to do but your car needs to be correctly checked and service for you to be able to get anywhere!
